Chris Turner at Turner Properties has successfully assisted me in finding renters for my vacant properties in recent months. Not only are his people skills impeccable but he had an amazing ability to create massive amounts of traffic for my properties. This volume of interested applicants resulted in me finding quality tenants quickly that to this day are a dream to work with. Each property had weekly if not daily viewings. His screening process is rigorous and thorough and he has a knack for sniffing out poor applicants. I would highly recommend Chris as a resource to make the landlord experience a good one.
